Liam Burford

Howdy, I’m Liam! Several times as a young child, I struck my head with concrete and bricks, leading to me becoming a cartoonist! I also have experience in character design and environment design, and all aspects of concept work.

Liam is a Brisbane-based cartoonist and concept artist currently in the final year of their Bachelor of Animation, majoring in Art Direction. They have a keen eye for off-beat and dynamic characters and storytelling, and also have an interest in character design and environment design for 2D animation. Currently, they are directing their animated comedy short film, Imps’ Night Out, at Griffith Film School.
